I ordered a couple of shirts online and paid everything upfront. A week later, I got a message saying they could only send one, and it would take another week to ship it out. When I requested free shipping as a nice gesture, they turned me down and claimed they wouldn’t assist me since they operate as a business-to-business site, ultimately refunding my entire order. They seemed fine with sending the item until I brought up the idea of a goodwill gesture because of the trouble they caused. Really disappointing service.

For the past 6 years, we've been getting our corporate uniforms from Kylemark, and they never fail to deliver great customer service and quality products. I really want to give a proper review of this company, but sadly, I keep getting ignored, so I can't finalize my order.

At first, they were super quick to reply and answered all my questions. I went ahead and ordered some clothes to check out before I set up the embroidery. The garments were nice, but delivery took a while (which is mentioned on their site). One item was incorrect, but it wasn't a big deal since I had a large order, and they sent me the right one right away after I reached out.

After I made my selections, I contacted them again to adjust my quote based on the specific garments. They informed me that the embroidery would be pricier and that a setup fee would apply since I was ordering 14 items instead of the initially quoted 20. I wasn't thrilled about that but understood, so I asked if they could stick to the original quote if I ordered 20 items instead. No response... followed up again... still no reply... I returned the sample items and waited 12 days without any updates (I sent them via courier, so I knew they were signed for). I reached out to ask how long it would take to get my refund. They told me it might take a while to process the items through the warehouse. Alright... 15 days went by... chased them again... no answer. However, I did notice they refunded me the next day, but I got no notification or response to my emails.

It's such a bummer that I never got to order the embroidered items to see if this company is actually any good! I guess my money isn't worth much to them.

Initially, I thought they were really helpful and thorough, but it felt like once they realized I was a small business with a smaller order, they just lost interest. Oh well, if you're a big business, they might be great, but if you're a small one, good luck trying to place an order!
